TERTIUM BUSINESS PARK is another office project developed by the Buma Group. The facility is composed of three Class A office buildings, which have been designed taking into account solutions that enhance the comfort of corporate tenants’ work. The design provides for energy-saving technologies, as well as intelligent systems that monitor and controlthe operation of each building.

There is a possibility of linking office space between particular buildings. A tenant may lease one floor in the given building, and later, an additional space on the same floor in another building. Thanks to linking the buildings by means of a skybridge, it is possible to get even 3 650 sq.m of space on a single floor.

Location

TERTIUM BUSINESS PARK is located at 34 Lublańska Street, next to Gen. Bora-Komorowskiego Avenue, which is one of the main traffic arteries of the city. The favourable location of the facility ensures easy access to the downtown part of Krakow, as well as to the main railway station, A4 motorway, and it takes only 25 minutes of driving to reach the international airport in Balice. The location of the complex facilitates quick reaching the most important universities in Krakow: the Jagiellonian University, Cracow University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology, or University of Economics. In the direct vicinity of that new project area there are other office complexes, which have also been built by the Buma Group, namely Rondo Business Park and Quattro Business Park. A fast tram line linking the centre of Krakow with its district of Nowa Huta is scheduled to be built within a distance of several dozen or so metres from Tertium Business Park. There are service outlets and facilities nearby, which include medical, retail centres, a water park, a cinema, a hotel, kindergartens, restaurants and a fitness club.
